Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and proactive HR Specialist / People Partner to support employees and business leaders across various HR functions. The ideal candidate will provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, HR policies, and organizational initiatives while partnering closely with cross-functional HR teams to improve employee experience and business outcomes.

The candidate should possess strong analytical capabilities, stakeholder management skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high confidentiality and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide HR support and guidance to employees and managers on:
  • Performance management
  • Workplace concerns
  • Employee relations
  • HR policies and procedures
  • Business conduct and compliance matters
  • Analyze HR data and metrics to identify:
  • Workforce trends
  • Employee pain points
  • Operational gaps
  • Opportunities for process improvements
  • Partner with HR Business Partners (HRBPs) and cross-functional HR teams on:
  • Organizational changes
  • Talent initiatives
  • HR programs
  • Employee engagement activities
  • Support and manage HR processes including:
  • Performance reviews
  • Talent assessments
  • Talent review follow-ups
  • Employee lifecycle activities
  • Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence (COEs) such as:
  • Compensation & Benefits
  • Employee Relations
  • People Operations
  • HR Systems
  • HR Analytics
  • Ensure HR programs, policies, and processes are effectively implemented and continuously improved.
  • Support compliance with local labor laws, policies, and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive employee and business information.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Around 2 years of experience in HR operations, HR generalist, employee relations, or related HR roles.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in:
  • English
  • Mandarin
  • Japanese language skills are an added advantage.
  • Good understanding of:
  • HR policies and procedures
  • Employee lifecycle management
  • Performance management practices
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

  • Ability to work independently and take initiative.
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
  • Experience working in fast-paced or multinational environments.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to present insights effectively.
  • High level of integrity and confidentiality.
  • Exposure to LMS or e-learning platforms is preferred.
