Role Description This full-time, on-site Production Executive role is based at Possehl Electronics in Melaka. The Production Executive oversees daily production activities on the shop floor, ensuring schedules are met, resources are used efficiently, and safety procedures are followed. Responsibilities include coordinating production runs, monitoring output and downtime, and resolving operational issues in collaboration with cross-functional teams. The role involves tracking performance indicators, preparing shift reports, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and quality. The Production Executive also guides operators on standard operating procedures, participates in audits, and works closely with quality and maintenance teams to minimize defects and equipment interruptions.

Qualifications

• Strong production planning and production management skills to organize workflows, allocate resources, and meet delivery timelines.
• Knowledge of quality control practices to maintain product standards, support inspections, and address non-conformities.
• Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams, provide clear instructions, and prepare concise reports.
• Bachelor degree in engineering, manufacturing, industrial management, or a related discipline preferred.
• Experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment, with an understanding of lean principles, 5S, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
• Ability to drive shift personal compliances on Quality, Profuctivity , Breaktime compliance and 5S enforcement. Key focus and priority area will 5S and Quality compliances .
• Looking for person really engertic to drive behaviour change and engagement with shopfloor people .
• Capable to start KAIZEN project on Quality and productivity improvements
• Prefer strong leadership person with high self motivation .
