About The Role
We are looking for a dependable and professional pool driver to provide transportation support for our Executive Committee (EXCO) members. This role requires flexibility, discretion, and a strong commitment to safety and service excellence.
Roles And Responsibilities
- Act as the Pool driver to safely transport EXCO members to meetings, events, and other destinations as assigned.
- Maintain the cleanliness and presentable condition of all assigned vehicles.
- Perform routine checks to ensure vehicles are in optimal working condition.
- Monitor vehicle performance and arrange timely servicing and maintenance.
- Ensure sufficient fuel and Touch ‘n Go/SmartTag credits for all planned journeys.
- Serve as a relief driver for other senior management members when required.
- Assist with office-related errands or tasks as directed by superiors.
- Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification; able to communicate in basic English.
- At least 2 years of experience as a personal or executive driver.
- Valid Class D Driving License.
- Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance.
- Excellent sense of direction, alertness, and responsiveness to instructions.
- Professional demeanor with a strong commitment to confidentiality.
- Willingness to work overtime, including weekends and public holidays, as required.
- Ability to travel outstation when necessary.
