About The Role

We are looking for a dependable and professional pool driver to provide transportation support for our Executive Committee (EXCO) members. This role requires flexibility, discretion, and a strong commitment to safety and service excellence.

Roles And Responsibilities

  • Act as the Pool driver to safely transport EXCO members to meetings, events, and other destinations as assigned.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and presentable condition of all assigned vehicles.
  • Perform routine checks to ensure vehicles are in optimal working condition.
  • Monitor vehicle performance and arrange timely servicing and maintenance.
  • Ensure sufficient fuel and Touch ‘n Go/SmartTag credits for all planned journeys.
  • Serve as a relief driver for other senior management members when required.
  • Assist with office-related errands or tasks as directed by superiors.

Minimum Job Requirements

  • Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification; able to communicate in basic English.
  • At least 2 years of experience as a personal or executive driver.
  • Valid Class D Driving License.
  • Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance.
  • Excellent sense of direction, alertness, and responsiveness to instructions.
  • Professional demeanor with a strong commitment to confidentiality.
  • Willingness to work overtime, including weekends and public holidays, as required.
  • Ability to travel outstation when necessary.
