Coordinate order entry and tracking processes.
Resolve order-related issues with internal teams.
Communicate with customers regarding order status.
Maintain accurate records and update systems.
Support reporting and process improvement initiatives.
Skills & Qualifications
Typically requires advanced vocational training (or equivalent experience) and several years of relevant work experience to carry out the role.
Strong coordination and communication skills.
Experience in order processing or logistics.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP tools.
Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
