Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for customer-related issues such as capacity, delivery schedule, materials, and commercial issues with the internal resources.
• Responsible for building strong relationships with customers by understanding and meeting their needs.
• Coordinate quality related issues.
• Liaise with freight forwarders.
• Coordination of the NPI program to ensure customer’ deadlines are met.
• Ensure ECN and ECO are carried out accordingly.
• Responsible for achieving on time delivery inventory and flexibility performance indicators.
• Any other duties assigned by manager.

Job Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma Engineering / Business Administration
• 2 - 3 years working experience in related field, preferably in an EMS environment
• Customer oriented with good interpersonal and communication skills
• Able to work in a dynamic and challenging environment
• Possess leadership quality
• Team player and able to work under minimum supervision
