Role Description

• Plan, implement and evaluate activities for the elderly clients in the centre.
• PowerPoint presentations to facilitate the activities
• Engage and assist elderly clients in the Centre
• Attend to client’s personal care needs including hygiene, positioning, transfers and ambulating of clients
• Adhere to the centre’s operational protocol at all times
• Assist in incidental housekeeping duties and help to maintain the cleanliness of the centre including the environment, equipment, furniture and tools,
• Other tasks as and when assigned by the Management

Qualifications

• Knowledge and skills in program facilitation, planning, and implementation
• Experience in elder care, dementia care, or health-related fields
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and team collaboration skills
• Ability to maintain empathy, patience, and adaptability in a caregiving environment
• Certification or training in dementia care, elder care, or Montessori approaches is a plus
• Proficiency in spoken and written English; additional languages are an advantage

Pay: $2,000.00 - $2,500.00 per month

Experience:

• Dementia care: 1 year (Preferred)
• Senior care: 1 year (Preferred)
