岗位职责
Plan and monitor the daily operations of the QA Department, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
Ensure product compliance with specified requirements and standards.
Handle and resolve customer complaints or non-conformances, overseeing corrective actions to achieve effective problem resolution.
Conduct product recall/mock product recall and traceability of affected lots when necessary.
Assist in ensuring the company's compliance with customer requirements, legal standards, and certified systems.
Serve as the primary interface with customers regarding quality-related matters, demonstrating a commitment to effective and prompt problem-solving through tools such as Fish Bone, 5 Why Analysis, 8D report, and corrective/preventive actions.
Establish and maintain a customer complaint system, analyzing and understanding customer requirements/specifications, and effectively communicating them to relevant production departments.
Coordinate periodic FMEA reviews to monitor the effectiveness of corrective actions taken.
Perform suppliers' evaluations to ensure the selection of qualified suppliers to support production activities.
Approve product, process, and equipment qualifications.
Undertake additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Assistant QA Manager and QA Manager.
Candidate must possess a Degree in Engineering
Good communication and written skills in English. Mandarin language proficiency would be an added advantage, as the role may involve communication and liaison with Mandarin-speaking clients.
Preferably specializing in Printing & Packaging Manufacturing.
Self-motivated, independent and able to work with minimum supervision.
Good analytical and report writing skill.
Capability to drive continuous customer quality improvements and satisfaction.
Knowledgeable in various problem solving techniques and familiar with ISO 9001 & ISO 14001.
Possess strong analytical, result oriented & ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
Flexible and able to travel to outstation for quality presentation / discussion.
