Job Description

Responsibilities

  • To assist in recruitment process which includes preparing job adverts, checking application forms, sourcing candidate and schedule interview.

  • Involve in pre-screening, shortlisting, interview and selection process.

  • Participate in internal and external ISO audits; ensure non-conformances related to HR are addressed with Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).

  • Collaborate with safety officers to enforce ISO 45001, ensuring a safe working environment and adherence to the local Factory Act.Facilitate routine safety training, hazard awareness, and emergency response drills for all manufacturing personnel.

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment pipelines to minimize turnover on the production floor.

  • Assess training needs gaps across departments to enhance productivity and meet ISO quality requirements.

  • Conduct comprehensive onboarding programs that cover technical skills, company culture, and mandatory safety protocols.

  • To assist in monthly payroll processing and maintaining employee's leaves, medical & attendance record.

  • To assist the management in formulating HR policies and regulations, to ensure its implementation and effectiveness.

  • Deep understanding of local labor laws (e.g., Malaysia Employment Act) and local occupational safety requirements.

  • Manage and administer the organisation's E-Leave system and ensuring accurate leave entitlement.

  • Manage employees' grievances

  • Run referral bonus programs

Job Qualifications

  • Candidates must posses at least a Diploma, Advance/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or Industrial Psychology (or an Engineering degree with an HR background).

  • At least 2 years of working experience in Human Resources is required.

  • Good knowledge and understanding of Employment Act regulations and its update from time to time.

  • Overall HR experience in recruiting and employee lifecycle activities, including letter preparation and employee data management.

  • ISO Knowledge: Working knowledge of QMS standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001) and proven experience in audit readiness.

  • Communication capability with all levels.

  • Positive & pro active attitude towards work.
