Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive Learning & Development Executive to support company-wide training activities. This role involves coordinating training programs, managing HRDC claims, supporting trainers, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of the training department.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the HRDC claim process, including documentation and compliance requirements.

• Coordinate training schedules, registrations, and logistics.

• Provide administrative support for training programs (e.g., scheduling, materials preparation, attendance tracking).

• Assist trainers and managers in preparing training resources and coordinating logistics.

• Handle participant inquiries and ensure smooth communication during training sessions.

• Maintain training records and help evaluate the effectiveness of programs.

• Prepare or update training materials (slides, guides, job aids).

• Support onboarding programs, refresher sessions, and basic training facilitation when needed.

• Assist with LMS updates, e-learning uploads, and micro-learning initiatives.

• Support daily operations of the training department to ensure timely completion of training-related tasks.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in HR, Business, Education, Psychology, or related field.

• 1–3 years’ experience in HR/Training/L&D (fresh grads with strong passion are encouraged to apply).

• Good communication and presentation skills.

• Proficient in PowerPoint & Excel; basic design skills (e.g., Canva) are a plus.

• Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks.
