About the RoleThis role is responsible for developing and executing strategic sales initiatives, managing complex sales cycles, and driving sustainable revenue growth. The successful candidate will play a key role in expanding market presence, strengthening customer relationships, and collaborating across teams to deliver high-impact solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets
- Manage complex sales cycles while maintaining a strong and healthy pipeline
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders
- Educate customers on product offerings, pricing structures, and value propositions
- Analyse market trends to identify new business opportunities and refine sales approaches
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful delivery
- Drive process improvements and introduce innovative approaches to sales execution
- Lead negotiations and contribute to successful deal closures
Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 10 years of relevant industry experience, including at least 3 years in a similar leadership role
- Proven track record of success in sales and/or sales enablement within the technology or IT services sector
- Strong expertise in sales strategy, customer relationship management, and market analysis
- Ability to manage complex stakeholder environments and drive consultative sales engagements
- Demonstrated ability to stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies

- Advanced degree (e.g., MBA or equivalent)
- Relevant certifications such as Certified Sales Professional (CSP) or Certified Sales Enablement Professional (CSEP)
