Responsibilities
We are expanding and looking for passionate and responsible individuals to join our team as Area Supervisor to oversee smooth outlet operations and deliver excellent customer service.
Job Responsibilities• Ensure smooth daily outlet operations
• Maintain excellent customer service standards
• Monitor outlet cleanliness, merchandising, and SOP compliance
• Lead and motivate outlet team members
• Handle stock and cash control matters
• Liaise with Head Office for reporting and operational matters
• Perform ad-hoc duties assigned by Management
• Minimum SPM qualification
• At least 3 years of relevant working experience
• Experience in retail/F&B chain operations is an added advantage
• Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin & English
• Basic computer knowledge
• Positive attitude and able to work independently
• Able to work on weekends & Public Holidays (replacement leave provided)
• Possess own transport and willing to travel between outlets
