What You’ll Be Doing

  • Drive outbound sales activities and engage prospective corporate clients through calls, WhatsApp, and CRM follow-ups
  • Identify training needs and recommend suitable upskilling solutions and professional courses
  • Build relationships with HR teams, business owners, and decision-makers
  • Follow up on warm leads and convert enquiries into successful enrolments
  • Achieve individual and team sales targets in a fast-paced environment
  • Collaborate closely with the sales leadership team to maximise performance and revenue growth
  • Continuously improve through hands-on coaching, mentorship, and proven sales frameworks


What We’re Looking For

  • Prior experience in telesales, inside sales, business development, education sales, or corporate training sales preferred
  • Candidates from education, training, recruitment, or service-based industries are highly encouraged to apply
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Confident speaking with clients over phone and messaging platforms
  • Self-motivated, resilient, and performance-driven
  • Comfortable with outbound calling and working towards KPIs and sales targets
  • Positive attitude with willingness to learn and grow
