About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic HR Assistant/Officer to join our dynamic team at Eonmetall System Sdn Bhd in Penang. In this full-time position, you will play a vital role in supporting the overall human resources functions within our organisation.

What you'll be doing

• Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes

• Administer employee benefits and leave entitlements

• Assist in the recruitment and selection of new talent

• Maintain accurate employee records and documentation

• Provide administrative support to the HR team

• Coordinate employee training and development initiatives

• Serve as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns

• Ensure compliance with relevant labour laws and HR policies

• Any other tasks or responsibilities as assigned by management.

What we're looking for

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar HR generalist role

• Strong knowledge of HR practices, labour laws, and payroll administration

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

• Attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively

• Proactive and customer-oriented approach to problem-solving

• Relevant diploma or degree in Human Resources or a related field
