Job Description
1. Receive and Verify Shipments: Ensure all incoming goods match purchase orders and are inspected for quality and quantity.
2. Inventory Management: Update inventory records and maintain accurate stock levels.
3. Documentation: Prepare and maintain all receiving documentation including delivery orders, invoices, and reports.
4. Communication: Coordinate with Purchasing department, warehouse staff, and other departments to resolve any discrepancies or issues related to incoming goods.
5. Product Handling: Assist in the proper handling, storage, and labeling of received goods.
6. System Entry: Enter shipment and stock details into warehouse management systems and ensure data accuracy.
7. Safety Compliance: Follow and ensure all warehouse safety protocols are adhered to during receiving processes.
