Key Responsibilities

• Tendering & Costing (Priority Scope)

• Prepare detailed cost estimates, BQ, and tender submissions for interior fit-out projects

• Analyse drawings, specifications, and scope to develop accurate and competitive pricing

• Identify cost-saving opportunities and propose value engineering solutions

• Support tender strategy and pricing decisions with management

• Procurement & Cost Management

• Source, evaluate, and negotiate with subcontractors and suppliers

• Prepare cost comparison and recommend best-value procurement options

• Manage project budgets, variations (VO), and cost tracking

• Ensure cost efficiency and margin control throughout project lifecycle

• Commercial & Contract Administration

• Handle progress claims, subcontractor payment certification, and final accounts

• Review commercial terms and ensure compliance with project requirements

• Project Coordination

• Work closely with Project Managers and Designers to align cost, design, and execution

• Provide commercial input during project planning and client discussions

• Monitor project cost vs budget and flag potential risks early

Requirements

• Diploma / Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field

• Minimum 3–5 years experience in interior design / fit-out projects (MUST)

• Strong experience in tendering, costing, and procurement

• Good knowledge of materials, construction methods, and market pricing

• Able to work independently in a fast-paced, project-driven environment

• Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills

Added Advantage

• Experience in corporate office / commercial fit-out projects

• Familiar with fast-track project timelines (6–12 weeks)

• Exposure to design & build project environment
