Responsibilities
What You’ll Do
Support recruitment activities such as job posting, resume screening, interview arrangement, and candidate follow-up.
Assist with onboarding preparation and new joiner documentation.
Maintain employee records, HR documents, trackers, and filing.
Support employee engagement activities, company events, and HR programs.
Assist in daily HR operations, reporting, admin follow-up, and ad-hoc tasks.
Support office administration, including office supplies, document handling, and general coordination.
What You’ll Bring
Currently pursuing Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
Good coordination, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Responsible, organized, and detail-oriented.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel.
Able to handle confidential information properly.
Willing to work in Sri Petaling.
Able to commit for at least 3 months.
