Job Description

Responsibilities

Operation

· To ensure cost effectiveness in achieving budget and growth targets

· To manage and supervise the operation of outlet on daily basis including ;manage and determine outlet’s cash flow, expenses and sales record

· Ensure correct procedures being implemented for control of cash, property, products, and equipment

· Actively involved in the receiving of new shipment activities

· Ensure daily sales is reported to head office and cash is banked in promptly

· Making sure outlet’s cleanliness and hygiene always in top notch

· Maintain all necessary documentation

· Identifies, recommends, and implements systems to minimize loss of merchandise, money, or company assets and reports to relevant person in charge

· Ensure & maintain low shrinkage as per KPI

Sales & Marketing

· To maximize sales & revenue by providing good services

· Manage sales target by monitoring and execution of marketing program ; by set up promotion promptly as well in ensuring attractive display

· Actively visit competitors and share market insight with HQ ; include studying for promotion, pricing, product display, stock control and stock management

· Actively recruit and maintaining relationship with retail and B2B customers through social media, customer visit and referral

· Ensure pricing on the product labels are correct

· Track sales performance and prepare report for management periodically

Talent Acquisition & Management

· Ensure sufficient manpower for outlet by working actively alongside with HR on recruitment

· Maintaining an effective orientation and training program for new staff to adapt and grow in their job role, while constantly re-train old staff as to sustain specific standard of service required

· Ensure all the employees outlet comply to the Company operating policies and procedures

· Train, develop our team member to be good in selling products and providing solutions to all customers

Stock /Inventory Management

· Keep up to date with product information

· Responsible in replenish stock to ensure sufficient levels of stocks in outlet

· Maintain optimal stock level ; by ensuring no out of stock or overstock

Customer Service

· Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent services; mastering product knowledge; actively involved in handling customers’ enquiries, complaints and issues

· Able to provide solution to customer

Ad-Hoc Task

Participate in any ad-hoc projects/tasks as assigned by the management
