Role Overview
The Senior AI Transformation Consultant will work closely with clients to assess their current processes, identify AI opportunities, develop AI roadmaps, and support implementation planning.
You will play a key role in shaping Synapsys’ AI transformation service offering, including AI readiness assessments, AI audit frameworks, workflow automation opportunities, internal AI adoption, and responsible AI governance.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead AI discovery workshops with clients to understand business goals, pain points, workflows, and operational challenges
- Assess client readiness for AI adoption across people, process, data, technology, and governance
- Identify practical AI and automation use cases across departments such as sales, marketing, customer service, HR, finance, operations, and managementDevelop AI transformation roadmaps, implementation plans, and business cases
- Support the design of AI governance, responsible AI, and AI usage policies for clients
- Conduct AI readiness assessments, AI opportunity assessments, and basic AI audit or gap analysis exercises
- Work with technical teams to translate business requirements into AI, automation, data, and system integration solutions
- Support proposal development, solution presentations, and client-facing consulting engagements
- Research AI tools, platforms, frameworks, and industry trends to strengthen Synapsys’ AI service offerings
- Create documentation, reports, recommendations, and executive presentations for clients
- Support AI training and enablement sessions for client teams
Requirements
- Strong experience in digital transformation, AI consulting, business transformation, automation, technology consulting, or related fields
- Good understanding of AI, generative AI, workflow automation, data, cloud, and enterprise technology
- Ability to identify where AI can create measurable business value
- Experience running client workshops, discovery sessions, stakeholder interviews, or process mapping sessions
- Strong business analysis and problem-solving skills
- Ability to create clear reports, proposals, roadmaps, and presentations
- Good understanding of AI risks, data privacy, governance, and responsible AI principles
- Comfortable working with both business and technical stakeholders
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and help build a new service offering
Good to Have
- Experience with AI readiness assessment, AI governance, AI audit, or AI risk frameworks
- Knowledge of tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Azure OpenAI, Power Automate, n8n, Make, Zapier, UiPath, or similar platforms
- Experience with CRM, ERP, document automation, data dashboards, or system integration projects
- Knowledge of ISO 42001, ISO 27001, NIST AI Risk Management Framework, PDPA, GDPR, or data governance
- Experience in consulting, managed services, SaaS, cloud, cybersecurity, or enterprise IT services
- Background in training, change management, or enterprise AI adoption
