Key Responsibilities

·       Manage full set of accounts and financial reporting activities

·       Ensure timely monthly and yearly account closing

·       Prepare financial analysis, consolidation reports, and management reports

·       Monitor cash flow, bank balances, collections, billings, and payments

·       Prepare bank reconciliations, budgets, and monthly accounting schedules

·       Handle accounting software maintenance and accounting records accuracy

·       Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and statutory regulations

·       Handle taxation, SST, e-Invoice, statutory accounts, and liaise with auditors, tax agents, and authorities

·       Resolve accounting discrepancies and support continuous process improvements

·       Supervise and guide accounting staff where required

·       Attend management meetings and collaborate with stakeholders across departments

·       Perform ad-hoc duties assigned by Management

Job Requirements:

·       Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Finance/Accountancy or equivalent from a recognized institution

·       At least 2 years of relevant working experience. Experience in the property management industry is an added advantage

·       Detailed with excellent problem-solving skills, proactive, and able to meet a tight deadline

·       Knowledge of Advelsoft PMS, CSS software will be an added advantage

·       Well-versed in Microsoft Office software

·       Preferable language: English & Bahasa Malaysia
