Job Responsibilities:
1. Identify new business opportunities and expansion locations
2. Build strong relationships with malls, groceries & business partners
3. Handle collaboration and partnership discussions
4. Plan and execute expansion strategies for new outlets
5. Conduct market research and competitor analysis
6. Achieve sales and business growth targets
7. Prepare proposals and presentation decks
8. Manage leasing discussions and negotiations
9. Work closely with marketing & operations teams
10. Help grow the Surrshi brand across Malaysia
Requirements:
1. Strong communication and negotiation skills
2. Passion for sales, branding & business growth
3. Able to work independently and achieve targets
4. Experience in F&B, retail or business development is an advantage
5. Positive mindset, aggressive and willing to learn
