NSEC - A Precision Machining Company Hiring! Full Time Production Planner in Perlis - Ricebowl

We are looking for an experienced and highly organized Production Planner with hands-on experience in a high-mix, low-volume precision machining environment.

Key Responsibilities

1) Production Planning & Scheduling

• Plan and schedule daily production activities based on customer orders, machine capacity, and delivery commitments
• Coordinate closely with production, machining, QC, warehouse, and purchasing teams
• Monitor work order progress and adjust schedules based on changing priorities or production constraints
• Ensure smooth workflow across multiple machining processes and departments

2) Inventory & Material Coordination

• Monitor raw material availability and work-in-progress status
• Coordinate with purchasing to prevent shortages and production delays
• Support inventory accuracy and production readiness

Requirements

• Min. 3 years of production planning experience in a precision machining or metal manufacturing environment.
• Experience handling high-mix, low-volume manufacturing operations is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems.
• Strong understanding of machining workflow, production scheduling, and delivery coordination
