Job description:

• Deliver technical support services for general IT infrastructure systems and related systems.

• Lead the execution of IT security initiatives and technology refreshment projects.

• Ensure information systems comply with relevant IT security regulations, policies, and guidelines.

• Manage external service providers on a day-to-day basis.

• Manage the procurement of hardware, software, and services.

• Assist in planning the relocation of new headquarters projects.

• Provide technical advice to management and users as needed.

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or Degree in Information Technology or its equivalent

• At least 6 years’ experience in IT industry

• At least 3 years’ experience in:

  • Infrastructure

  • IT Security

  • Network & System Management

  • Server Virtualisation Technology

• Experience in Windows Server and virtualized server environment

• Experience in Technical support and technology refreshment of general IT infrastructure facilities such as system monitoring, server load balancer, privileged access management and endpoint detection and response
