Introduce Jess Technology’s industrial repair and maintenance solutions to new industries and customers.
Develop new business opportunities across factories, manufacturing plants, OEMs, contractors, and industrial sectors.
Build strong customer relationships through professionalism, responsiveness, and technical understanding.
Provide solution-based recommendations tailored to different customer applications and industries.
Work closely with internal technical teams to ensure customer satisfaction and service excellence.
Expand market penetration through consistent follow-up, customer visits, and relationship-building.
Use market insights, customer feedback, and technology tools to improve sales effectiveness.
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Business, or related fields.
Minimum 1 year of sales experience, preferably in industrial, engineering, automation, or B2B environments.
Fresh graduates with strong communication skills, learning attitude, and correct sales mindset are encouraged to apply.
Passionate about meeting customers, developing territories, and building business relationships.
Comfortable with customer visits, presentations, and business development activities.
Able to work independently while contributing positively to the team.
Applicants with industrial maintenance, automation, CNC, inverter, or engineering knowledge will have an added advantage.
