About the role

As a Senior QS at Dynivest Progress Sdn Bhd, you will play a pivotal role in managing the company's construction contracts. This full-time position is based in Klang Valley and involves overseeing the entire contract lifecycle, from negotiation to execution and compliance.

What you'll be doing

• Drafting, reviewing and negotiating construction contracts with clients and sub-contractors

• Ensuring all contractual obligations are met by all parties involved

• Monitoring contract performance and identifying risks or issues

• Resolving contract-related disputes and managing change orders

• Maintaining a centralised repository of all contract-related documentation

• Providing guidance and support to project teams on contract-related matters

• Staying up-to-date with industry regulations and best practices in contracts management

What we're looking for

• 3 - 5 years of experience in construction contract administration works

• Experience in managing construction project will be an added advantage

• Strong knowledge of taking off payment, contractual claims, quotation in contract administration or tendering

• Excellent negotiation, communication and problem-solving skills

• Proficient in contract drafting, analysis and interpretation

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying or its equivalent.
