Job Responsibilities

• Coordinate closely with the Operations team to manage daily shipment arrangements and prepare all related shipping documentation;

• Monitor the transportation status of goods in transit and proactively assist in resolving shipment issues or abnormalities in a timely manner;

• Liaise with freight forwarders and logistics providers on freight quotations, while supporting the supervisor in optimizing logistics costs and efficiency;

• Maintain and update logistics order records accurately in the ERP system to ensure proper documentation and compliance with internal procedures.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above preferred; Diploma holders with relevant experience and strong capabilities are encouraged to apply;

• Minimum 6 months of relevant working experience in a similar role within a cross-border e-commerce environment is preferred; fresh graduates with strong potential are welcome to apply;

• Fresh graduates will be considered for the Logistics Assistant position, with opportunities for promotion to Logistics Specialist based on performance;

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications; familiarity with Easy Warehouse (易仓) ERP system will be an added advantage;

• Strong learning ability, responsible, detail-oriented, and a good team player;

• Outgoing personality with strong communication and negotiation skills, capable of handling discussions with logistics service providers effectively.

• Fluency in Mandarin and English, with additional language skills being an advantage.
