About the role

RIMARISAN SDN. BHD. is seeking a dedicated Civil Engineer to join our team in Petaling Jaya, Selangor. As a Civil Engineer, you will be responsible for the design, planning, and execution of various civil engineering projects within our organisation. This is a full-time position, offering the opportunity to contribute to the company's growth and development.

What you'll be doing

1. Designing and drafting construction plans, specifications, and technical documents for civil engineering projects

2. Conducting site inspections, monitoring construction progress, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations and project requirements

3. Analysing and interpreting survey data, soil reports, and other technical information to inform design decisions

4. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including architects, project managers, and construction crews, to deliver successful projects

5. Providing technical support and advice to clients and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle

6. Staying up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in civil engineering

What we're looking for

1. Bachelor's degree in pure Civil Engineering or a related field

2. Minimum 5-8 years of experience in civil engineering, preferably in a similar role

3. Strong technical skills in design, analysis, and project management for civil engineering projects

4. Proficient in the use of CAD software, Microsoft Project & Excel, and project management software

5. Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making abilities

6. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate with diverse teams

7. Registration as a Professional Engineer (Ir.) is preferred
