About the role

Chun Sing Logistics (H.K.) Limited is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our dynamic and growing team. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of complex logistics projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget and to the highest standards. This is a full-time position based in Yuen Long District.

What you'll be doing

• Oversee project operations and ensure timely and successful execution

• Communicate effectively with clients to gather and clarify system development requirements

• Balance commercial interests with operational needs to optimize project outcomes

• Manage the implementation of the Warehouse Management System (WMS)

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and seamless collaboration

• Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement solutions promptly

• Prepare and deliver project updates to stakeholders and senior management

• Ensure all project activities comply with industry standards and best practices

• Oversee warehouse personnel and daily warehouse operations to maintain efficient management and workflow

What we're looking for

• Minimum 3 years of experience in project management, preferably within the logistics or transportation industry

• Proven track record of successfully delivering complex, multi-stakeholder projects on time and within budget

• Strong project management skills, including the ability to develop and execute detailed project plans, manage resources, and monitor progress

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with cross-functional teams and external partners

• A collaborative, team-oriented approach with a focus on continuous improvement and problem-solving

• PMP or Prince2 certification is highly desirable
