RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead and oversee daily production operations to ensure productivity, quality, efficiency, and on-time delivery.

• Manage production planning, workflow, manpower, and resource allocation to support smooth operations.

• Coordinate and manage subcontractors (“subcons”) to ensure quality standards, delivery timelines, and cost effectiveness are achieved.

• Plan and allocate jobs to subcontractors based on production capacity, urgency, and operational requirements.

• Monitor subcon performance and work closely with internal teams and external parties to resolve production, quality, or delivery issues.

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to improve operational efficiency, workflow, and production performance.

• Ensure compliance with Company procedures, quality standards, and safety requirements.

• Lead, guide, and develop production team members to support business growth and operational excellence.

REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma / Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Production Management, Electronics, or related field.

• Minimum 10 years relevant experience in production, manufacturing operations, or subcon/vendor management environment.

• Experience in electronics manufacturing, components sourcing or outsourcing production environment will be an added advantage.

• Strong leadership, planning, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

• Good knowledge in production scheduling, quality control, delivery coordination, and cost management.

• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills with internal teams, suppliers, and subcontractors.
