Responsibilities
We are seeking a dynamic Senior CRM Manager to lead the group’s customer relationship management strategy across Hong Kong and other region.
This is a critical leadership role responsible for shaping CRM vision, leveraging data analytics, and driving impactful CRM campaigns to enhance customer engagement, loyalty, and business performance.
Key Responsibilities
Lead CRM Strategy Development
Define and execute comprehensive CRM strategies across the full customer lifecycle
Drive customer acquisition, retention, and loyalty initiatives
Champion Data-Driven Decision Making
Leverage advanced data analytics to generate actionable customer insights
Translate data into business strategies that improve ROI and customer experience
Drive CRM Campaigns & Personalisation
Lead the development and execution of targeted CRM campaigns across multiple channels
Implement segmentation, personalization, and marketing automation strategies
Stakeholder & Team Leadership
Partner closely with senior stakeholders to drive customer-centric initiatives
Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing CRM and analytics team
Requirements
Degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or related disciplines
10+ years of CRM and data analytics experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
Proven track record in retail CRM or consumer-facing industries
Strong expertise in:
CRM strategy and lifecycle management
Data analytics and customer insights
Familiarity with CRM platforms and marketing automation tools
Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills
Excellent English communication skills
Strategic mindset with a hands-on, results-driven approach
