Job Description

1. Manage SOCSO registration and FOMEMA medical check-ups for new and existing foreign workers.

2. Monitor and update foreign workers’ records

3. Handle passport renewal processes and liaise with agents, embassies, and relevant authorities.

4. Prepare documentation for tax clearance, worker termination and holiday applications

5. Maintain proper filing and safekeeping of HR documents and foreign workers’ passports.

6. Update employee information in HR system and ensure records are accurate and up to date.

7. Provide support to foreign workers by addressing inquiries and assisting with HR-related matters.

8. Assist with other HR administrative tasks or special projects assigned by management.
