Responsibilities
Are you an engineer who loves solving problems but hates being stuck behind a desk all day? We are looking for a Technical Sales Engineer who can bridge the gap between complex engineering concepts and real-world customer needs. You will be the technical "face" of our company—presenting solutions, building relationships, and ensuring projects move seamlessly from the drawing board to successful installation.
What You Will DoBe the Expert: Provide high-level technical support and tailored solutions to our diverse customer base.
Showcase Innovation: Conduct professional product presentations and live demonstrations that highlight our competitive edge.
Build Partnerships: Develop and maintain long-term relationships; you aren't just selling a product, you’re providing a partnership.
Lead Projects: Coordinate with internal teams to manage project timelines, delivery, and on-site installations.
Solve & Support: Act as the first line of technical clarification during inquiries and provide essential after-sales troubleshooting.
Customer-Centric: Deliver end-to-end technical support and after-sales troubleshooting to cultivate and sustain high-value client relationships.
Stay Ahead: Keep your finger on the pulse of the industry, staying updated on the latest trends and product advancements.
Education: A Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
Experience: 1–2 years of relevant experience is a plus, but fresh graduates with high energy and a willingness to learn are highly encouraged to apply.
The "Soft" Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills. You must be able to explain complex ideas in a way that anyone can understand.
Mindset: A strong problem-solver who can work independently while still being a reliable team player.
Mobility: Must possess own transport and be willing to travel to client sites as required.
