Full job description

Supporting the manager in handling a portfolio of outsourced accounting clients, including:

Handle full set accounting (include AP, AR, GL, raising journal, bank reconciliation, fixed assets and payroll), and ensure management accounts are submitted on time to clients based on agreed scope.

Adopt various accounting system – XERO, AUTOCOUNT, SQL, Quickbooks, etc.

Assisting client for GST/SST registration and prepare SST bi-monthly filing.

Responding and attending to all technical and queries from clients and/or auditor.

Communicate with clients, follow up on outstanding matters & bills.

Preparation of financial reporting for overseas countries as part of the shared services provided to clients, if needed.

Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Taxation or equivalent professional certification (ACCA/MIA/CTIM).

1-2 years of accounting experience is preferred. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Enthusiastic. Resourceful. Willing to learn new skills or take up new challenge.

Proficiency in English, Bahasa Malaysia or Mandarin, able to understand other language is an added advantage. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.

Work location based in Bandar Bukit Raja, Klang (near to Setia Alam)
