Execute regional crowdsourcing and remote workforce recruitment activities aligned with the company’s APAC business expansion and project hiring demands.

Handle large-scale hiring for remote Data Annotators (DA), freelancers, and crowd workers across multiple countries and languages, supporting project ramp-ups involving hundreds to thousands of headcounts.

Source candidates through various recruitment channels including:

• Freelance and crowdsourcing platforms

• BPO and outsourcing networks

• AI data annotation communities

• Language and translation communities

• Social media and remote worker platforms

Continuously identify and explore new sourcing channels and recruitment methods to expand talent pipelines across APAC markets.

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for crowdsourcing and freelance positions, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, onboarding support, and candidate management.

Work closely with project operations, delivery teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to understand hiring requirements, project timelines, and workforce planning needs.

Support urgent and high-volume hiring requests for language-based, market-specific, and specialized project roles.

Build and maintain talent pools for recurring projects related to:

• AI data annotation

• Content moderation

• Translation and localization

• Digital operations

• Crowdsourced testing

• Remote support operations

Ensure timely fulfillment of hiring targets while maintaining candidate quality and recruitment efficiency.

Support benchmarking and market research for freelance pay rates and crowdsourcing compensation across different countries.

Monitor hiring market trends, competitor activities, and workforce availability to support recruitment planning and cost optimization.

Assist with manpower forecasting, recruitment reporting, and workforce tracking when required.

Ensure recruitment activities comply with company policies and local engagement practices across different regions.

Minimum 3–5 years of experience in BPO recruitment, crowdsourcing recruitment, outsourcing, remote workforce hiring, or high-volume recruitment operations.

Strong preference for candidates from companies such as Concentrix, TELUS International, Lionbridge, Appen, Teleperformance, TaskUs, Majorel, Foundever, or similar BPO / outsourcing / AI data service environments.

Proven experience handling high-volume hiring for freelancers, remote workers, Data Annotators, or gig workers across multiple countries.

Prior recruitment experience in industries such as:

• AI data annotation

• Content moderation

• Localization / translation

• Digital operations

• Trust & Safety

• IT outsourcing

• Remote BPO operations

Good understanding of crowdsourcing platforms, freelance ecosystems, and remote workforce recruitment operations.

Experience sourcing for multilingual and regional hiring projects is highly preferred.

Fluent in English and Mandarin (spoken and written) to support communication with regional stakeholders and candidates.

Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.

Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple concurrent hiring projects with tight timelines.
