About the role
Join our growing TEG Sdn Bhd team in Kuala Lumpur as a Sales Admin. In this full-time position, you will play a vital role in supporting our sales team and ensuring the smooth running of our sales operations. Your exceptional organisational and administrative skills will be key to your success in this role.
What you'll be doing
Provide comprehensive administrative support to the sales and e-commerce team, including preparing reports, managing sales data, and ensuring accurate record-keeping
Liaise with clients to process orders, handle inquiries, and provide excellent customer service
Assist with the preparation of sales orders, invoices, quotations, and other relevant documents
Collaborate with the wider team to coordinate events, meetings, and other sales-related activities
Offer general office support, including filing, photocopying and managing stationery supplies
What we're looking for
Proven experience in a sales administrative, preferably in the Client & Sales Administration industry
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach
Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel
Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve common goals
Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in all aspects of your work
