About the role

As a Site Engineer at Dynivest Progress Sdn Bhd, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of a construction site. Working on a contract basis, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient execution of construction projects, while maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety, and compliance.

What you'll be doing

• Work closely with consultants, sub-contractors, suppliers and related departments to solve site problem.

• Ensure the quality of work is carried out in accordance to the drawings, specifications, construction plans, procedures, work instructions and etc.

• Ensure activities are carried out in compliance with safety requirements and regulations.

• To monitor and ensure all progress of construction works are timely complete and follow the specifications and standards required.

• To supervise and coordinate sub-contractor's daily activities at project site.

• Prepare relatable documents for site progress reports and coordinate the implementation of the contracts.

• To liaise with project consultants to ensure all works are carried as per drawings and specifications.

• identifying potential risks & implementing preventive measures to minimise project delays, cost overruns & safety hazards.

What we're looking for

·         Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in engineering or related field

·         1 to 2 years of experience in managing construction projects

·         Experienced in water pipeline is an advantage

·         Strong understanding of construction practices, materials, and equipment

·         Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills

·         Proficient in reading and interpreting construction plans, blueprints, and technical documents

·         Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
