Responsibilities

What You’ll Be DoingProvide administrative and operational support to cinema management and outlet teams
Manage staff attendance records and maintain accurate employee documentation
Support payroll preparation including attendance, leave, and overtime administration
Monitor staff schedules, medical leave, and certification validity records
Support onboarding and offboarding administration including uniform issuance and clearance process
Manage office supplies, uniforms, and inventory coordination
Create and process Purchase Orders (PO) and maintain related documentation
Attend meetings and prepare minutes of meeting where required
Maintain organised filing systems and ensure document confidentiality
Coordinate internal communication and administrative matters with relevant stakeholders
Support training administration and employee record maintenance
Perform additional administrative duties as assigned
Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent
Experience in hospitality, retail, operations support, or administration is an added advantage
Strong coordination and organisational skills
Good verbal communication and interpersonal abilities
Able to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment
High integrity, reliability, and attention to detail
Willing to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays when required
Positive team player with a proactive attitude
