Responsibilities
Lead, coach, and develop QA/QC team members.
Establish, implement, and maintain QMS in compliance with ISO 9001 and ISO 14000.
Ensure all quality procedures, work instructions, and records are properly documented, controlled, and updated.
Lead internal audits, management reviews, and follow-up on corrective actions.
Ensure incoming materials, in-process production, and finished goods meet quality specifications.
Monitor quality performance indicators (defect rate, customer complaints, NCRs).
Handle customer complaints, quality feedback, and product non-conformities professionally and timely.
Coordinate with suppliers on quality issues, audits, and improvement plans.
Support customer audits and external certification audits.
Collaborate with Production, Customer Service, Finance, Purchasing, and Warehouse teams to improve processes and reduce defects.
Prepare quality reports for management review.
Maintain accurate quality records, test results, and audit findings.
Provide data analysis and recommendations to management for decision-making.
Degree / Diploma in Engineering, Quality Management, Science, or related field.
Minimum 3–5 years experience in QA/QC.
Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, quality systems, and audit processes.
Familiar with manufacturing processes and inspection methods.
Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work cross-functionally and lead improvement initiatives.
Proficiency in three languages are added advantage.
