Job Description

• Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures

• Supervise and lead maintenance teams

• Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify and address issues electrical and mechanical.

• Coordinate with vendors and contractors for specialized repairs

• Ensure compliance with safety and health regulations

• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities

• Manage budget and allocate resources effectively

• Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests

• Know well regarding JKKP, Energy Commission and DOE requirement.

• Conduct ESM (energy saving management) requirement 

• Familiar with electric tariff and GET.

• Support in ISO 14001:2015 EMS and ISO 45001:2018 OH&SMS internal and external audit

Requirement

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent

• Certified Chargeman AO

• REM type  1 is advantage

• Minimum 3 years of experience in maintenance or facilities management

• Experience in ISO 14001:2015 EMS and ISO 45001:2018 OH&SMS internal and external audit

• Experience in schedule waste handling follow DOE requirement is an advantage

• Strong understanding of maintenance procedures and systems

• Excellent organizational and leadership skills

• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
