Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
Support the coordination and handling of import and export shipments.
Prepare, review, and ensure accuracy of customs documentation, including Customs Forms and ZB Forms, in compliance with regulations.
Liaise closely with internal departments to ensure smooth and timely cargo movement.
Monitor shipment progress and provide prompt updates to customers.
Prepare weekly and monthly operational reports.
Carry out additional tasks and assignments as required by your superior.
Job Requirements
Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification.
Basic knowledge of import/export procedures and customs documentation is an advantage.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and computer applications.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply — training will be provided.
Possess a valid driving license.
Able to work 5.5 days per week (Monday – Friday: 8:30am – 5:30pm ; Saturday: 8:30am – 1:00pm )
