Salary Range: RM 3,500 - RM 4,500 (Depends on working experience)

Job Responsibilities
  • Handle logistics-related inquiries from customers and internal teams, ensuring timely follow-up, accurate updates, and professional responses.

  • Coordinate closely with logistics service providers, warehouses, and shipping partners to resolve shipment issues, delivery exceptions, and customer complaints efficiently.

  • Monitor and manage logistics exceptions such as shipment delays, lost parcels, customs clearance issues, and failed deliveries.

  • Prepare weekly operational reports and issue analysis based on customer and supplier feedback.

  • Compile, track, and analyze logistics and delivery performance data to support operational improvements.

  • Maintain and regularly update the logistics knowledge base to support order management and customer service teams.

  • Handle partial order pre-alerts and related operational coordination tasks.

  • Support cross-functional communication between internal departments to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.

  • Proactively complete ad-hoc assignments and operational tasks assigned by supervisors.

Job Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree or above with at least 1 year of relevant working experience.

  • Experience in international logistics customer service, cross-border e-commerce logistics, or order coordination is preferred.

  • Familiar with cross-border e-commerce export logistics processes and operations.

  • Experience in international air freight or sea freight forwarding operations will be an added advantage.

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and coordination skills with the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proactive, responsible, detail-oriented, patient, and a strong team player with good customer service awareness.

  • Good documentation and reporting skills; proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

  • Prior experience in international logistics or supply chain operations is preferred.

  • Fluent in Mandarin (spoken and written) and able to communicate effectively in English. We are looking for Mandarin-speaking candidates who will be serving Mandarin-speaking customers.

Working Arrangement (Must Read)
  • 5 working days per week

  • 7.5 working hours per day

  • Shift-based role (training and schedule will be clearly explained)

  • Support a global customer base across different time zones

  • Observance of all Kuala Lumpur public holidays

Important Working Requirement (Shift & Public Holiday)
  • This role operates on a shift rotation basis, including assigned duty shifts

  • Candidates are required to work on public holidays when scheduled

  • Shift schedules will be arranged in advance and explained during training

  • This arrangement is essential to support a global customer base
