Responsibilities
Recruitment & Selection
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding.
Employee Relations
Handle employee queries, grievances, and maintain positive workplace culture.
HR Administration
Maintain employee records, contracts, leave management, and HR documentation.
Performance Management
Support appraisal cycles, track KPIs, and assist managers in performance reviews.
Training & Development
Coordinate training programs, workshops, and career development initiatives.
Compliance & Policies
Ensure compliance with labor laws, college policies, and HR best practices.
Payroll & Benefits
Assist in payroll processing, benefits administration, and employee welfare programs.
Reporting
Prepare HR reports on recruitment, turnover, training, and employee satisfaction.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 2–3 years of HR experience (preferably in education or service industry).
Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR compliance.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in HR software, MS Office, and digital tools.
Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail and confidentiality.
Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
Team-oriented with the ability to work independently when required.
