Responsibilities
Job Description:
Handle full set of accounts, including AP, AR, and General Ledger
Perform bank reconciliation and maintain general ledger records
Prepare monthly financial reports and supporting schedules
Assist in cash flow monitoring and basic financial analysis
Support budgeting and forecasting activities
Ensure proper maintenance and filing of accounting documents
Liaise with internal departments, auditors, and external stakeholders when required
Liaise with external auditors and provide necessary supporting documents during audit and year-end closing
Ensure compliance with company policies and basic accounting standards
Assist in improving accounting processes when necessary
Requirements:
LCCI Level 3/ Diploma/ Degree in Accounting or equivalent qualification
Minimum 4 years of relevant accounting experience
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
Experience in using accounting software (e.g. AutoCount, etc.)
Good understanding of basic accounting principles and financial processes
Experience in handling full set of accounts is an advantage
Strong attention to detail with high level of accuracy
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational skills and able to work independently
Able to meet deadlines and work under pressure
