Amatech Engineering Hiring! Full Time Application Engineer in Selangor - Ricebowl

About the Role
We’re looking for a Sales/Application Engineer to support pump and water system sales activities — mainly office-based, with occasional site or client visits. You’ll handle inquiries, prepare quotations, and assist in product selection to ensure customers receive the right technical and commercial support.

What You’ll Do

• Handle and follow up quotations in a timely manner.

• Support customers through phone and email inquiries.

• Assist with pumps & blower selection and technical recommendations.

• Coordinate order processing, delivery, and after-sales follow-up.

• Work closely with outdoor sales engineers and internal departments to ensure smooth project execution.

• Maintain proper documentation and customer records.

• Provide consistent, professional customer support and service.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related engineering field.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales coordinator, application, or technical support role.

• Knowledge of pumps , blowers or related products will be an advantage.

• Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is an added advantage).

• PC literate (Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

• Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
