Responsibilities

Job Summary:

We are currently seeking a proactive and responsible HR Executive to support the full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, payroll and HRMS administration, employee engagement, performance management, training coordination, HR compliance, and office administration to ensure smooth daily operations within YYC taxPOD, a subsidiary of YYC Group, operating with a team of approximately 120–150 employees. This role offers strong exposure to end-to-end HR operations and provides an excellent opportunity to build a solid foundation in Human Resources within a growing organisation.

Recruitment & Performance Management

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment including job posting, screening, interview coordination, and offer processing.

  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including employee induction, employee movement updates, and HR documentation.

  • Maintain organisational chart and assist with HR records and updates.

  • Support performance management activities and confirmation tracking.

  • Assist in training coordination, including HRDC submissions and training arrangements.

Payroll & HRMS System

  • Update employee records in HRMS and statutory systems accurately and ensure all records are up to date.

  • Manage e-Leave tracking and processing.

  • Support monthly e-Claims processing as part of payroll administration.

  • Support partial payroll processes such as overtime calculation, commission reconciliation, employee movement updates, and other ad hoc payroll tasks.

  • Assist in contract-for-service payments and coordinate with the Finance Department for processing.

  • Prepare employee-related letters and maintain monthly employee listings.

HR Admin & Others

  • Manage office supplies, assets, and basic inventory tracking.

  • Coordinate office services such as cleaning and pest control.

  • Support general office maintenance to ensure a safe and organised workplace.

  • Assist in employee engagement activities and team-building initiatives.

  • Ensure HR processes comply with the Employment Act, statutory requirements, and company policies.

  • Provide support for day-to-day HR operations, HR projects, and any other HR-related tasks assigned by the supervisor or HOD.
