Responsibilities
· To assist Building Manager to manage the daily operations of the Building Management and ensure operations are running smoothly.
· To lead the team, supervise and plan out tasks and schedules when Building Manager is not available.
· To coordinate the work between maintenance team and administrative team.
· To ensure resident complaints are kept in check and resolved with speed, efficiency and to the best service level.
· To support the Council Members of the JMB/JMC/MC of the Building assigned in their meeting needs, and to advise and assist them in decision making.
· Maintains office services by organizing office operations and procedures; controlling correspondence; designing filing systems; reviewing and approving supply requisitions; assigning and monitoring clerical functions.
· Provides historical reference by defining procedures for retention, protection, retrieval, transfer, and disposal of records.
· Maintains office efficiency by planning and implementing office systems, layouts, and equipment procurement.
· Designs and implements office policies by establishing standards and procedures; measuring results against standards; making necessary adjustments.
· Completes operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results.
· Keeps management informed by reviewing and analysing reports; summarizing information; identifying trends.
· Maintains office staff by orienting and training employees.
· Maintains office staff job results by coaching, counselling, and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
· Achieves financial objectives by preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analysing variances; initiating corrective actions.
· Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
