岗位职责

JOB PURPOSE         : To provide effective & efficient shared services to Citaglobal Berhad & its group

                                       of companies. Responsible for manpower planning, recruitment, job description,  

                                     employee engagement & relations and employer branding activities.

   ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Manage recruitment and placement activities for Citaglobal Berhad Group, including sourcing, screening, interviewing and hiring.

  • Identify and recruit candidates through various channels and assess qualifications, job competency and compatibility based on the Job descriptions established in the organization.

  • Conduct reference checks and manage hiring processes to ensure timely, quality recruitment within budget.

  • Prepare and expedite relevant letters, absorption to permanent position, medical checkup and extension of contracts and/or any contacts, forms or any correspondence for new employment, HR related matters/processes.

  • Assist with HR policies, strategies, activities, company events and employee engagement initiatives.

  • Develop and maintain relationships with employment agencies and other recruitment sources.

  • Maintain updated job descriptions, specifications and organizational charts.

  • Manage CV records and maintain a company CV bank for recruitment and tender purposes.

  • Conduct onboarding and induction for new staff, ensuring proper setup and introductions.

  • Administer recruitment platforms (Jobstreet, MyFutureJobs, etc.) and update SOPs and forms as needed.

  • Maintain employee records, HRMS updates and filing systems.

  • Prepare HR recruitment and manpower reports for management meetings.

  • Monitor staff probation and confirmation processes.

  • Update staff resume including for tender purposes.

  • Any other reasonable duties assigned from time to time.

JOB SPECIFICATION:

 Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or equivalent.

  • Five (5) years’ experience in Human Resource Management.

 Knowledge

  • Knowledge of Malaysian labour laws and related statutory rules and regulation.

  • Good working attitude, pro-active and result oriented.

  • Highly literate computer and possess exposure in Human Resources Management Systems.

 Skill

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to work in a team while maintaining strict confidentiality.

  • Good organizational, presentation and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to influence, attract and develop talent within the organization.
