Tender Executive is responsible for managing the complete tendering process, from identifying opportunities to preparing and submitting tender documents. The role requires strong coordination, attention to detail, and the ability to meet strict deadlines while ensuring compliance with client requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Search and monitor tender opportunities through online portals, emails, and client platforms
- Review tender documents, requirements, and specifications carefully
- Prepare and compile tender submissions, quotations, and supporting documents
- Coordinate with internal departments for pricing, technical proposals, certifications, and approvals
- Ensure all tender documents are complete, accurate, and submitted before deadlines
- Maintain records of submitted tenders, contracts, and project documentation
- Communicate with clients regarding tender clarifications and requirements
- Track tender results and prepare reports for management
- Assist in contract documentation and post-award processes
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procurement regulations
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, Procurement, or related field
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in tendering, sales support, procurement, or administrative roles
- Strong organizational and documentation skills
- Good communication and coordination abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and Word
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple deadlines
- Knowledge of government or private tender procedures is an advantage
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
