岗位职责
Roles and Responsibilities:
1) Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to procure goods and services required for data center facilities management, operations, maintenance, and other related functions.
2) Assist in negotiate commercial terms in contracts, SLAs, and pricing to ensure cost-effectiveness and reliability.
3) Evaluate and analyze supplier quotations to ensure technical compliance, cost competitiveness, and alignment with operational requirements, while supporting effective procurement decisions.
4) Coordinate all procurement-related activities with internal requestor and external vendors to ensure timely sourcing, accurate order processing, and compliance with company policies.
5) Maintain accurate procurement records, track purchase orders, and generate regular reports on procurement activities, cost savings, and supplier performance.
6) Provide support for ad-hoc tasks and special projects as assigned by the reporting manager, ensuring timely and effective completion.
