1) Primary focus is assisting the Scheduler to perform scheduling duties as necessary

2) Completes status reports, such as production progress, customer information and materials inventory

3) Support the Production Planning department, working within and understanding the production process, plant procedures, equipment capabilities and flow of goods within the facility

4) Preparation of schedules for all production equipment, preparing and updating daily production reports, working with production personnel to ensure orders are processed and completed on time

5) Plan production tasks and schedules according to customer orders (for Blowing & Cutting Dept.)

6) Work with immediate supervisor in coordinating and planning production activities to improve runtime

7) Develop and review production plan with immediate supervisor for approval

8) Monitor the execution of production plan and resolve any potential issues in a timely fashion

9) Escalate complex issues to immediate supervisor for resolution

10) Monitor production progress and ensure that final product meets quality standards and customer specifications

11) Adhere to company standards and production policies to meet company objectives

12) Analyses delays and interruptions and accordingly adjust production schedule to meet deadlines

13) Work with production supervisors in checking and updating packing material to meet production schedule

14) Preparation of production material needed, paper labels, stickers with barcode and cutters (according to the design as customers required)

15) Monitors and updates packing material inventory level in every week, for example like cartons (with or without printed), PP & HDPE & LDPE (with or without printed), paper labels & stickers and cutters (quantity), etc.

16) Coordinate and records semi-finished products transit from other branches

17) Preparation of production reports – monthly, mid-year & yearly

18) Conduct yearly stock take (Twice a year)

19) Performs other duties as required

• Location: Taman Tan Sri Yaacob, JB Perdana Industrial Park.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
