Design Manager (PMC / Data Centre) – CSA & MEP Integration

Location:

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the complete design lifecycle, acting as a bridge between global clients, consultancies, and contractors.
• Conduct technical constructability reviews to ensure design feasibility.
• Resolve complex MEP and structural layout clashes using BIM/Navisworks.
• Drive local authority permitting workflows (TNB, DOSH, BOMBA) to secure building clearances and final Certificate of Completion and Compliance (CCC).

Requirements:

• 8 to 12+ years of experience in technical design management or multi-disciplinary coordination for heavy industrial, utility, or mission-critical data center projects.
• In-depth knowledge of Malaysian UBBL codes and local statutory submission processes.
• Proven ability to manage complex interfaces between consultants and contractors.
